After reaching out to Upper Vally Honda about a possible lease deal, I met with Craig. The experience was unmatched! I have leased with both Mercedes and BMW,, neither matched his level of Service! One aspect of the over all experience that was most impressive was Craig’s ability to give me straightforward answers without having to go and “see the manager“, he was involved in the entire process . I am happy to say that at the end of my current lease I will be back to see him.

Nothing but good things to say about Upper Valley Honda. Went down to look at a car a few months ago that I wasn't confident in buying. Being a used car, interest rates were kind of high. They got me decent rates but were confident they could get me even better so they did a lot of searching around and got me a great rate. Went back down the next day to finish paperwork only to realize I forgot my title. Well they followed me home, 2.5 hours to get it. Couldn't find it still (Sorry Jonathan). Had to go back down a third time to fill out the paperwork so they could get a new title for my old car. All said and done, they went above and beyond to help me and were super helpful and kind the whole time. Jonathan Hurd, you are the goat salesman! Appreciate everything!

This was our first vehicle purchase from Upper Valley Honda( 2025 Honda CRV). Kennedy White and Jessica Benton make this experience the easiest and best car buying experience . Both these associates went out of there way to answer our questions shuttle paper work back and forth to our home as my spouse was unable to meet at dealer due to care of her 95 year old father. This meant everything to us. Thank you !

We’ve had fantastic experiences at UV Honda. We did not expect to be needing a new car at this time, but life had other plans. We weren’t sure where to start our search and thought (since we had luck here once in the past) we’d swing in and see what we could do. We had Matt as our salesperson and he was fantastic. Even better… the whole team welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. We had to come in a couple times for different parts of the process… it’s challenging to find time when you’re down a car in the middle of summer and they were great at working with our busy schedule. I saw a few comments that service was slow here… I don’t think that’s fair, because service here is focused and there isn’t anyone rushing you through the process. I find that to be a definite plus, not a complaint. We had someone by our side, walking us through the process, listening to what we wanted/needed, and looking out for us the entire time. So we would like to say THANK YOU to Matt (and the rest of the team at UV Honda) for helping us get what we needed!! We will be back! (Hopefully not sooner than expected). Go buy your next car from Matt & UV Honda. 😊 Side note (No one wanted to be in the post picture, so Matt took one for the team 😂).

I own a 2014 Honda CR-V. After a number of poor experiences with mechanics in the area, I decided to give the Honda dealership in WRJ a chance before giving up on my car. The entire experience was positive. I was greeted promptly by Darci, who was as friendly in person as she had been on the phone. She explained their process, then listened and took notes as I described the problem. She walked me to a pleasant waiting area where there were free snacks and drinks available. I worked on my laptop using their Wi-Fi while they evaluated my car. The mechanic sent me a video once he finished his inspection. He explained what he found and made recommendations. They were able to do the repairs that day and even had a courtesy vehicle available for me to borrow. My car is enjoyable to drive again. They resolved all of the issues, unlike numerous mechanics I have tried in the past few years. Looking for friendly, professional, and knowledgeable mechanic service? Honda WRJ is definitely worth a try.

Upper Valley Honda Service Department is very accommodating. My 2010 Honda Element that I loved sadly died recently. Darci, the Service Assistant at Upper Valley Honda was empathetic and transparent with her suggestions. She and her Team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs prior to arranging the vehicle sale. For Honda service I recommend UV Honda.

I had an outstanding experience at Upper Valley Honda today when I brought my vehicle in for service. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Darci Rood was especially helpful—friendly, attentive, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. She made the experience seamless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. One of the highlights was the waiting area. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it was also impressively stocked with fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and soft drinks. It’s rare to find a dealership that puts so much thought into the customer’s experience while they wait. The service itself was done efficiently and with clear communication every step of the way. It’s clear that the team at Upper Valley Honda takes pride in their work and in treating customers well. I highly recommend Upper Valley Honda and want to give a special thank-you to Darci Rood for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and even though I did not lease my car from them, I will definitely be doing my next lease with them.

Our experience was great! From the moment of setting up an appointment to walking out with keys, the communication and customer service were excellent. The people at Honda are very nice and attentive. Todd assisted us with giving all the needed tools to help us make a great decision. He was amazing! Bryce assisted us with the paperwork and the details, which he explained everything beautifully. We enjoyed our day and will let everyone know if they are IN THE MARKET, Honda should be on their list to check out and ask for TODD!

I recently bought a used Nissan from Upper Valley Honda, and the team there made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. Phil Daley and the service team went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. The transparency was quite refreshing to deal with, and it feels great trusting that a skilled and timely service team can handle any future repairs/tune-ups, especially given that it's not a Honda. Really appreciate these folks.

I worked with Jonathan Hurd from upper Valley Honda in White River Junction. I could not been happier, he is very personable, reliable and knowledgeable about the Honda Cr-v. They are a very good dealership to do business with. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

My experience with Upper Valley Honda has been great. I bought a used Honda CR-V from them. Jonathan Hurd is very knowledgeable about cars and was able to answer all the questions I had. It was an easy choice to buy a used car from them. Also, please give Bryce a new iPad so he can do his work even better!

We love our new Honda CRV Hybrid and had a great experience with our salesman Bryce Ilsley. No pressure, but extremely professional and helpful. Often buying cars can be a stress-fest with all of the pressure to buy. Bryce was great and helped us with so many details like setup of the car and truly feel he was giving us 110% of his attention. Highly recommend Upper Valley Honda and Bryce, specifically.

Great service! They have a shuttle to bring you to work and back. They washed my car. They were extremely professional and did a great job on my Honda.
