My sunroof would not shut. The told me to bring it in the same day. It was fixed in one hour at the agreed upon price. The communication and waiting area were awesome.

Yesterday, while the temperature was about 8 degrees and I was running errands, my tire pressure sensor came on. I went to three service stations to add air to my tires, but the air pumps were broken at all three. I am not a Honda owner, but taking a chance, I went to the Honda service door at the dealership. Alicia met me immediately, took my key fob, and invited me to wait in the warm, clean comfortable waiting room (that has more snacks than a grocery store!). In about ten minutes, Alicia came in to find me. All four of my tires were filled and she had also readjusted the sensors to the proper level. Fast, friendly, and no charge!! I couldn't be more appreciative or impressed. I'm not in the market, and I do love my car. But after this experience, I would be inclined to take a look at Hondas. Thank you, Alicia.You should get a Christmas bonus!!
